This leads to issues such as depression and the desire to be deemed as "picture perfect".  The constant self battle of;  am I pretty? am I thin enough? do I look good in my clothes? do I support my family? and why do I have no joy in life?  These questions affect the thoughts and actions of millions of women and lead to their insecurities.  Alan Keith Caldwell's book, The ABC's of Why I Love Women, describes the true anatomy of women, instills positive images, and helps women understand why they are magnificent.

Each chapter highlights an attribute that shows women why they are an inspiration to the world and the true key to life.  His words come together like pieces of a puzzle and once the puzzle is complete, women instantly gain more self-respect, self-realization and understand why they truly make the world go around.  Alan Keith instantly connects women to the source of their power, his words are a positive reinforcement to let all women know and understand that they should always walk proud and stand tall.  As ladies read each page they gain confidence and understanding of what it means to be a wonderful and powerful woman.   His words help women break the mold of how the world or their environment defines them.  Alan Keith gives women the strength to look in the mirror to see how wonderful and powerful they are as a woman.
